We organized a full experience ‘Art of Sake’ Photo Exhibition on Sunday, August 4th, at our restaurant Dim Dining in Antwerp, in collaboration with Toji Master Gensaka-san from Gensaka Shuzo and the Japanese top chef Koshiro-san from restaurant Nisawa in Ise, to thank our guests for their loyalty and years of support.
The ‘Art of Sake’ Photo Exhibition was a unique opportunity to learn more about sake, taste the best quality, and meet special people from the world of Sake.
The photos from the exhibition were taken during Jonas’ internship at the artisanal sake brewery Gensaka Shuzo in Mie, Japan. He brought along photographer and videographer Ian Segal, resulting in thousands of beautiful photos that capture the craftsmanship, tradition, and purity of sake brewing in Japan.
We made a unique selection that could be discovered during the event.
In addition to the photo exhibition, visitors to the ‘Art of Sake’ Photo Exhibition could taste delicious sake, oysters, and Yakitori, prepared by the Japanese top chef Koshiro-san from restaurant NIKAWA – Ise, Japan.
Japanese Master Brewer Gensaka-san, who trained Jonas, was also present that day to talk about the sake brewing process.
